Reading Wrap-Up: July 2015

Another month down, another month closer to the end of the 2015 Reading Challenge. Increasingly, I seem to be reading less and less, due to holidays and trips here and there, so this month I read fewer books than I’ve read in any other month this year – only four – and I wouldn’t say I loved any of them.

July 2015 statistics
Total books read: 4
Total pages read: 1,379
Favourite book: Life and Laughing by Michael McIntyre

#22 A book that scares you – Me and Earl and the Dying Girl by Jesse Andrews: Finding Greater Meaning in YA (#39)
#24 A book based entirely on its cover – The Fire Sermon by Francesca Haig: Alpha and Omega (#37)
#29 A book set somewhere you’ve always wanted to visit – Lola and the Boy Next Door by Stephanie Perkins: Wild, Wild West Coast (#36)
#57 An audiobook – Life and Laughing by Michael McIntyre: The Perks of Audiobooks (#38)

It was my aim to read five books in July, since I knew I was busy. It’s the same story in August, although I am a fair way through several books, so I hope to read six this month. Happy summer holidays!

Thirty-one down, nineteen to go. (Thirty-nine read)

What did you think of Lola? I haven’t read any of the other books you read. Happy reading! Here’s my wrap up
