Book Haul: July 2015

This and next months book hauls will be a little different, as a direct result of currently being on holiday. This particular haul consists of books purchased between July 1st-21st (the day before I left for France) and next months will run from July 22nd-August 31st (I’m hoping that despite next month being the longest period of time, that it will be smaller than these last three weeks!)

Me and Earl and the Dying Girl – Jesse Andrews (Won in a giveaway)
Still Alice – Lisa Genova
A Game of Love and Death – Martha Brockenbrough
Tape – Steven Camden
The Night Circus – Erin Morgenstern
If You Could See Me Now – Cecelia Ahern
Extraordinary Means – Robyn Schneider
Yes Please – Amy Poehler
Shatter Me – Tahereh Mafi
The Ice Twins – S.K. Tremayne
To Kill A Mockingbird – Harper Lee
Peter Pan – J.M. Barrie (Illustrated by MinaLima – Signed)
Go Set A Watchman – Harper Lee
The Invasion of the Tearling – Erika Johansen
Noughts and Crosses: The Graphic Novel – Malorie Blackman
Armada – Ernest Cline
Armada – Ernest Cline (Signed)

I definitely failed in my attempt to purchase 10 or fewer books, but I’m very excited about these particular books, especially ‘Shatter Me’ which I’ve wanted to read for ages, and ‘Noughts and Crosses: The Graphic Novel’ as I’m excited to see how one of my favourite novels has translated into graphic novel form.

My journey will also be instagrammed frequently on @charlottebibliophile
