Book Haul: April 2015

This month I have been far more frugal than usual in terms of my book buying. I only bought 17 books this month – however, that’s still seven more than I intended on purchasing. Without further ado, I’d like to introduce you to my latest friends…

A Court of Thorns and Roses – Sarah J. Maas
Holes – Louis Sachar
Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban – J.K. Rowling
Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets – J.K. Rowling
Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone – J.K. Rowling
If You Could See Me Now – Cecelia Ahern
Vicious – V.E. Schwab
More Weird Things Customers Say In Bookshops – Jen Campbell
Weird Things Customers Say In Bookshops – Jen Campbell
Very Good Lives: The Fringe Benefits of Failure and the Importance of Imagination – J.K. Rowling (x2)
Miss Mayhem – Rachel Hawkins
Snow Like Ashes – Sara Raasch
Half Wild – Sally Green (Signed)
Hold Me Closer – David Levithan
All I Know Now – Carrie Hope Fletcher
Red Queen – Victoria Aveyard

The three I’m most excited to read are: ‘A Court of Thorns and Roses’, ‘Snow Like Ashes’ and ‘Red Queen’! Should I push any others up to the top of my TBR list?

My journey will also be instagrammed frequently on @charlottebibliophile

  1. I’m slightly jealous you have Carrie Fletcher’s book All I Know Now. I pre-ordered ages ago and it still hasn’t arrived! Though I can’t wait to see what you think of Red Queen. I’ve been hearing so many good things about it 🙂

    1. I’m reading it at the moment – however, I think I’m slightly older than the intended age bracket, so I’m not getting that much out of it. I’ll be sure to do a review for both AIKN and Red Queen when I finish them 🙂
