Book Haul: March 2015

We all know that I love a good book haul, but this might just be the cream of the crop. This month I’ve amassed 39 books (at least two, possibly three, of which will form part of future giveaways), which is possibly my record in a calendar month. Thankfully I bought a great number of these books on deals, primarily through and, and a couple were gifts from my Dad.

The Humans – Matt Haig (x3)
The Da Vinci Code – Dan Brown
Angels and Demons – Dan Brown
Deception Point – Dan Brown
The 100 – Kass Morgan
Attachments – Rainbow Rowell
The Strange and Beautiful Sorrows of Ava Lavender – Leslye Walton
Mary Poppins – P.L. Travers
Reasons To Stay Alive – Matt Haig
Paper Towns – John Green
My True Love Gave To Me – Stephanie Perkins (and others)
The Bridget Jones Omnibus: The Singleton Years – Helen Fielding
Picture Me Gone – Meg Rosoff
Salt & Stone – Victoria Scott
Fire & Flood – Victoria Scott
Second Life – S.J. Watson

Tears Of The Giraffe – Alexander McCall Smith
The No.1 Ladies’ Detective Agency – Alexander McCall Smith
The Disreputable History Of Frankie Landau-Banks – E. Lockhart
The Duff – Kody Keplinger

This Book Is Gay – James Dawson

Wow. That’s it. I’m officially broke, and I’ve run out of bookshelf space – again! April will be a lean month for me – just as well since I’ve got to write my dissertation, and revise for my final three university exams (ever!)

My journey will also be instagrammed frequently on @charlottebibliophile

Edit: I’ve just uploaded my first video to YouTube, which coincidentally (or not) is this book haul. It’s highly embarrassing, but if you want to give it a watch, click here
